The Centre County Farmland Trust is a non-profit, farmland-focused land trust that partners with landowners to preserve land and its natural resources.
Our mission is to preserve and protect farmland and open land in Central Pennsylvania. Our primary tool is a conservation easement.
CCFT holds easements on 17 properties and 1,483 acres. Three more easements to protect 440 acres are in the works.
