The Centre County Farmland Trust is a non-profit, farmland-focused land trust that partners with landowners to preserve land and its natural resources.
Our mission is to preserve and protect farmland and open land in Central Pennsylvania. Our primary tool is a conservation easement.
CCFT holds easements on 18 properties and 1,558 acres. Two more easements to protect 365 acres are in the works.
